Our rates are $165/night, We have a one time $75 cleaning fee, There is a one time $60 pet fee and an
OPTIONAL hot tub cleaning fee of $50. (see "Hot Tub Option" link on left)
Our friends in local government would like to show their appreciation of your visit by adding 13.25% to the total. (that's the same as you would pay at any local hotel outside the city)
We have a 2 night minimum stay. There is a $200 deposit.
These figures below do not include pet or hot tub fees.
MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY is 8
Having more than 8 overnight (without prior permission in writing) is a violation of your rental agreement. Please let us know ahead of time if you need accommodations for more than eight. People other than those in the Guest party set forth as agreed may not stay overnight in the property. ALSO..... If you anticipate having 6 or more additional daytime guests, you will need to get prior permission in writing.
