HOUSE  RULES

Rule #1.  Have a great time !

When you place your reservation, you will receive a rental contract as well as all documents outlining the agreed upon terms, conditions, policies and rules.

It is our highest priority that you have a great time! And in addition to that, a few more things that are very important to us... 

OVERALL RESPECT
     This is our family's personal lake house.  Please respect it and treat it as if it were your
     own.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED
     Either in the house or on the porch

BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS
     We’ve never had an incident of our neighbors bothering our Guests but we have had incidents where our Guests have disturbed our neighbors!  This is a residential area and we are the only vacation rental here. It is very important that our neighbors physical and personal boundaries be respected. Thank you !

SHRUBS ARE PEOPLE TOO
     Use the driveway carefully i.e. try not to drive over the shrubs, flowers, or trees. Yes, trees!

BOO-BOOS
     If something gets broken, needs repair or maintenance, let us know. If it's major, call. If not, leave a note before you leave.

PET POLICY
     Yes, we allow WELL BEHAVED DOGS. There’s an extensive list of do’s and don’ts under the Frequent Questions tab on the menu to the left. Please report any pet incidents (anything you would not be happy about at home).

MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY is 8
     Having more than 8 overnight (without prior permission in writing) is a violation of your rental agreement. Please let us know ahead of time if you need accommodations for more than eight.  People other than those in the Guest party set forth as agreed may not stay overnight in the property.
